If you need crystal-clear image quality for detailed documentation, HD mode is available in your app settings. Otherwise, standard resolution is plenty fast and reliable. As we roll out new features, they're automatically included in your plan at no extra cost.

The free plan includes standard-res storage for up to 3 users. Paid plans add HD storage and administrative controls.

With annual billing, you pay upfront and aren't charged again until next year. Monthly plans offer more flexibility if you're still testing the waters.

User management differs too: annual plans bill based on your starting headcount. Add someone later, and you're charged a prorated amount. Remove someone, and you free up a seat to fill later. When your next annual bill comes, it reflects your current team size.

What if my team is small?

Work Photo Pro works great whether you're solo or a whole crew. Smaller teams get more value from shared photo organization, but if collaboration isn't your main need right now, you'll have two unused seats ready whenever you want to add people.
